Christina Terry is a contemporary session musician, creative practitioner, and multi-instrumentalist - drums, percussion, guitar, vocals, - based in Brisbane, Australia (Turrbal/Jagera land). Christina's practice encompasses musical performance and production, film and audio production, brand identity and marketing, graphic design, creative research, and artistic development.
Christina has performed at numerous festivals around Australia, including Splendour In The Grass and Falls Music & Arts Festival. Along with co-releasing an array of recordings, video clips and creative content, she has toured parts of Australia with an eclectic list of artists: The Glycereens (bubble gum fuzz); Fat City Strut (roots, reggae, dub); The Button Collective (bluegrass, folk); Maja (soul funk); Mecha Mecha (alternative rock). She has shared bills with the likes of Remi, Lagerstein, Rainbowdragoneyes (UK), Osaka Punch, and Laced In Lust (Adelaide).
In 2015, she co-founded Vincent & Jules with her wife, Amanda Terry, a non-for-profit creative start-up focussed on design, photography and event curation for South East Queensland Artists. Vincent & Jules secured a residency at The Back Room in 2015-2016 for their Cookies and Cream series, which they moved to The Zoo throughout 2017-2018. They also hosted their Buttermilk residency at The Milk Factory throughout 2016-2018. Christina has curated events for dozens of artists, encompassing single launches, EP and album launches, mixed media and interdisciplinary performances, South East Queensland and Northern NSW tours, fundraisers and charity shows.

In April 2021, she co-founded Modek Media with business partner, Mel Bertram, a content creation company offering production, post-production and consultancy services in film, audio, design, marketing and creative media. Since formation, Christina has worked as a production sound mixer and foley artist on long-form documentaries, music videos, short-form documentary series, and short films; developed logos and creative design assets for a range of businesses; and worked as a producer on web series' and short films. Christina is also a co-host and producer of the new podcast Seriously Fun, scheduled for release in 2022.
Christina is involved in Brisbane's Creative Industries sector across many fronts: live performance, festival curation, audio production, digital marketing, events management, project management, film production, and content creation. Academically, her research field encompasses brand identity, independent music promotion, co-creationism, consumer relationship, entrepreneurship, and the exploration of applied identity branding to musical groups and its affects on consumers.
