Fat City Strut was an energetic 7pc Dub band based in the Byron Bay area. They performed and appeared at venues, events and small festivals all across the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions, including Reggaefest in September 2011, Cringe The Binge National Weekend in Byron Bay 2012, and the Mullumbimby Music Festival in November 2012. Comprised of graduate students from the SCU Bachelor of Contemporary Music Degree, this funky septet delivered a diverse performance of originals and covers spanning many genres, including Ska, Reggae, Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, Rock, and many more.
